(well, the evidence is that it's the latest one struck, of the DB halves that have survived to the present day)

That's the best I can do on rarity. Mintage 510. Pop 21/7 in CAM, two in 66DCAM.

My most rare. Mintage 500. PR 64 Cam, pop 5/5 in cam. I don't think there are any in DCAM.

R1 - R8.

And yes every coin can be rated using that scale because when you get to R-1 the definition is "Over 1,500 specimens". So if it is 1,501 or 1,000,000,000 pieces known it is still R-1.
